Social Media Consent and Release
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
By signing this document or participating in any Dirt Craft MTB activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
I hereby grant permission to Dirt Craft MTB to use my photograph(s) and/or video(s) (collectively, “Media”), my name and likeness in any official marketing pieces. Marketing pieces include (but are not limited to) news releases, including electronic publications, social media posts, videos, web use, and PowerPoint presentations. I also acknowledge that Dirt Craft MTB may choose not to use my Media at this time but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
I hereby grant to Dirt Craft MTB the irrevocable right and permission to edit, alter, copy, publish, distribute and make use of the Media for any lawful purpose. Dirt Craft MTB may crop or treat the Media at its sole discretion, and I waive the right to inspect or approve any modifications to the Media either now or in the future. I acknowledge and agree that neither I nor any other person or entity is entitled to any compensation arising from or related to Dirt Craft MTB’s use of the Media. I also understand that if my Media is posted on the Dirt Craft MTB website or any social media outlets, the Media can be downloaded by any computer user on or off Dirt Craft MTB property.
I hereby release and hold harmless Dirt Craft MTB from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the Media, including, but not limited to, any re-use, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in production of the finished product.
I have read this release before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
