CANCELLATION POLICY

Dirt Craft MTB Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 7, 2025

At Dirt Craft MTB, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to scheduling conflicts. However, to maintain the highest quality of instruction and fairness to both our instructors and other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice Requirement

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their lesson.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in forfeiture of the lesson without the opportunity to reschedule.

2. No Cash Refunds Policy

  • Dirt Craft MTB does not offer cash refunds for canceled lessons.
  • Instead, clients who provide at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a lesson credit to be used for a future session.
  • Lesson credits must be used within 60 days from the original lesson date.

3. Rescheduling Process

  • Clients who cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice may reschedule their lesson for a different date, subject to instructor availability.

  • If a client fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be forfeited, and no lesson credit will be issued.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If a lesson is canceled due to inclement weather or unsafe riding conditions, Dirt Craft MTB will work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • The determination of weather-related cancellations will be made by the Dirt Craft MTB team, and clients will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Instructor Cancellations

  • In the rare case that Dirt Craft MTB needs to cancel a lesson due to an instructor emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking a lesson with Dirt Craft MTB, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
