Dirtcraft MTB Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dirtcraft MTB. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing coaching lessons, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Dirtcraft MTB provides mountain bike coaching, clinics, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

2. Booking and Payment

Coaching lessons must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

 

3. Lesson Expiration

All purchased coaching lessons, whether individual or part of a package, must be used within one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused lessons will expire and are non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please review our full Cancellation Policy for detailed information. In general:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the specified timeframes outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

  • Missed sessions without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Risk and Safety

Mountain biking is an inherently risky activity. By participating in our coaching sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for ensuring your bike and gear are in safe, working condition and for wearing appropriate protective equipment at all times.

 

6. Liability Waiver

All participants are required to sign a waiver of liability before the first session. Failure to do so will prevent participation and may result in the forfeiture of your booking.

 

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Dirtcraft MTB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
